Interaction with guests
I am a fast responder and like to be in touch as much as you need to ensure a great stay and good care of my dream home. Otherwise I'll leave you to have a great time.
I've had long-term guest since 2015 and haven't been on here much, hence my response rate. But try me now!
Other things to note
Historic building. Quiet neighbors. Lively, fun, interesting, artistic neighborhood.
The balcony holds 4.
No smoking of any kind inside the apartment: you will lose your security deposit if the place smells of smoke. This is a 420 friendly building and neighborhood; use your judgement.
No loud volume after 10pm weekdays, midnight weekends.
Anything breakable is available at Target (located a quarter mile down the road) or IKEA (located downtown). Don't worry about it, just replace it if you can or let me know if you can't and the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Feel free to use any of the items left in the kitchen, but please do replace anything that you consume entirely (like, if you use up all the ketchup). Feel free to leave non-perishables. Keep the good going around.
I am a performing artist who tours internationally and made it big enough to buy my dream apartment in my hometown, Atlanta. Because I am never home, I decided to share the wealth and offer you a great-feeling space in the middle of everything for less than any hotel. I identify on the LGBTQ spectrum, so if that's a problem for you then this is not the right place. If you don't know what it means, look it up and decide. And if you're family or an ally, welcome!
