A Cozy PRIVATE ROOM with PRIVATE ENTRANCE, and PRIVATE BATHROOM in a clean & charming apartment.
Basically your own micro studio apartment :)
The space is good for couples, single individuals, and business travelers from everywhere in the world.
I would love to share this lovely and fun neighborhood and city with you!
I am a super courteous, clean and unobtrusive host but I also know how to have a good conversation. I can't wait to meet you, no matter where you come from!
-No Loud Music after 11PM
-No Smoking Inside the Apartment
-No Drugs in the Apartment
-No drunk cooking
-No third-party reservations. The person who booked the reservation must be staying in the unit; you cannot book a reservation on behalf of someone else unless it is for your family.
-Turn off lights and all appliances when you are NOT in the apartment
-I am definitely not into party animals who bring the party home with them. I am young and love to have fun, but within reasonable limits, and my home is my sanctuary form the hustle and bustle of NYC, I expect my guests to respect that.
If you wish to leave your luggage in the apartment after the 12pm check-out and retrieve them later in the day, there will be a $15 charge for me holding the bags for you.
An example of this is: You have a late flight from NYC and want to explore the city on your last day but don't want to carry your luggage.
Check-ins after 10pm will incur a $15 USD fee.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance to provide personal and public liability protection to cover any unexpected events during your trip.
The provider of the accommodation or their insurers shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by the client(s) while on or in any way connected with the property.
The safety and welfare of children is the sole responsibility of their parent or guardian.

I'm Michael, a 27yr old native New Yorker with an outgoing personality.
I've moved around a bit, having stayed in southern Florida for college & Kingston, Jamaica, and came back to NYC in 2011 and it's been great!
I enjoy spending time with my puppy, music, reading, chess, pool, learning languages, piano, films, travel, sports & fitness and getting to know new people.
I work in the real estate industry, and I'm currently a resident of the Upper West Side neighborhood with my Shiba Inu puppy, Casanova!!
I especially enjoy real estate because all buildings around us were first conceived as dreams and brought to life as large scale construction projects... a true testament to the ingenuity and strength of mankind when we work together.
While both time and effort are indefinitely limited, one's progress can, indeed, be endless ;)
