Save 40% on 2017 Specials at Coriander, set in a prime location just a short walk to restaurants and Turtle Cove Marina. Snorkel on Grace Bay Beach!
Post Irma Villa Condition Report
October 2: Coriander is ready to welcome guests. Waiting on Internet/cable which we think will be restored this week.
*Work began on a new villa on the neighboring lot in May 2017. All 2017 rates have been reduced by 30% as a special construction discount to offset any possible noise or disruption.
Coriander Cottage is a delightful beachfront hideaway for two in a perfect location offering the romantic charm of ages, but just built last year, with all modern amenities. Enjoy fantastic snorkeling on Smith's Reef just outside your door, laze in total privacy by your own pool, enjoy panoramic views from your elevated gazebo, walk to six different restaurants or to the marina offering all water sports, and although unlikely, hope to hear rain on your copper roof.
Ideally located on the much sought after western, residential end of Grace Bay Beach in the Turtle Cove area of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. Coriander Cottage is within easy walking distance of good restaurants and the marina offering fishing, diving, tours and some limited shopping.
*With the coral reef so close to the shore, a strip of rock exists between the sandy beach and the water. Some guests prefer wearing water shoes as the rock can sometimes be slippery*
From Oct 20, 2017 - Oct 22, 2019 the minimum stay is 7 nights.
TC Villas is a boutique company with a very small team (and we like it that way!). When you call our office, we will take as much time as needed to find you the best villa for your needs. Our business has grown as a result of this personal touch and it has become our mission to form relationships with all of our guests, new as well as the many return and referral guests we are fortunate enough to have.
The founder of our company, Henry Moog, began TC Villas after he and his family discovered the beautiful and pristine island of Providenciales, Turks and Caicos in 1970. Back then, there were no telephones, TVs, or creature comforts–in fact, islanders communicated via VHF (sort of a walkie-talkie device!). Henry constructed several dozens of villas on Provo, including many of the villas on our site.
Provo has changed quite a bit since 1970, but the beautiful clear water and sugar sand beaches remain. We are frequent travelers to the island and are happy to offer insight as to the culture of the island (there’s no Neiman Marcus here!), as well as the best spots for lunch, fun water activities, where to buy local fish, and how to plan for an unforgettable vacation.
When you call our office, you will speak to someone who has either seen or stayed in these villas. Our descriptions and photos of the villas are true and accurate. Because our villa specialists are not paid on commission, we will always offer you our honest advice–even if that means we don’t have a villa suitable for your needs! We hope you’ll find our villa offerings informative, tempting, and inspiring, but most of all, we hope you’ll give us a call.
