We stayed a few days with our little baby at Paul's cottage. Paul was very kind and supported us very well. He organised a baby cot, a height chair and some toys. The cottage was very homelike and a good base for our city trip. Our next stay in Dublin will definitely be at Paul's cottage. Thank you very much Jasmin, Matthias and little Martha

The place is in a super cute quiet little neighborhood near Phoenix park. It's super close to bus lines, and when we took cabs, we never spent more than 12 euros for going from the far side of central Dublin, so it made transportation super easy. We felt really safe in the neighborhood, some of Paul's neighbors actually came and asked us if we were staying at his place and gave us directions. The place itself was small, cute, comfortable, had everything we needed. As for Paul? We couldn't ask for a better guy! He was amazing! Quick to respond, great suggestions, so accommodating even when we were being high maintenance. Rent his place!!!!!!

Response from Paul:
The guest previous to Christine left the house very clean. The day before Christine arrived I personally cleaned the house for two hours - mirrors, shower glass, windows, behind fridge etc. I swept & mopped the floors as Is usual on all preparations and this time I actually swept the floor a second time as an infant was staying. The house is in the city centre and has wooden floors and back & white tiles in kitchen & bathroom. Therefore dust will show. It will not show on for example a carpet. The house cost €70 per night in the city centre at the height of the tourist season. Comparable prices are €100 per night. I believe in offering guests a good product in an excellent location with top service and value for money. There is no cleaning or other additional charges. For this guest an infant's cot, sheets, high chair & toys were also provided.

We enjoyed having our own space while visiting Dublin from this conveniently located little cottage. Paul is a generous, accommodating host who communicates promptly. The location near Phoenix Park, Heuston Station and public transit to see Dublin was terrific. We would recommend Paul's place.
