Greenpoint's a peaceful neighborhood isolated from the rest of the city and a fantastic place to retreat to at the end of each day. The apartment has a similar feel, sparse but warm. The lofty ceilings and open layout make the space feel very inviting.

The space

It's not a penthouse, but the top floor of a 4 story walk up is great for several reasons. One, you get to be the noisy neighbor upstairs, no one else. Two, your legs will be toned, your butt firm with out the added cost of a gym membership. But the best reason is that whoever erected this thing decided to make the ceilings twice as tall on this floor. Not sure if they forgot a floor, had a height requirement, either way the high ceilings make for a great and spacious living environment.

Guest access

Wifi. That's important right?

Interaction with guests

Nights and weekends there's a ton of stuff to do. Venues: Brooklyn Bowl, Williamsburg Music Hall, Rough Trade, Output, etc. Cafe's & bars: to many to name. I love to show off the neighborhood when I'm around.

Other things to note

It's a 4th Floor walk up, that's for sure. Bedroom faces the street so light sleepers beware (however, it's not a busy street).
