The space

This three-bed, two-bath vacation rental has been completely remodeled inside, with all-new furnishings and updated kitchen and bathrooms—all designed for guest comfort. Gather around the dining table for a meal or move outside and grill out on the covered patio.

A shared pool, located right behind the condo, is great for afternoon dips. Or take advantage of the tennis courts just a short walk away. Like to jog? The 7-mile La Quinta Cove trail circles just outside the community’s gates.


An open-plan living and dining room with tiled floors greets you at the entrance, and you’ll find brand new, updated furnishings and appliances throughout this wholly remodeled space.

The bright and welcoming kitchen is the crown jewel of the remodel, and is large enough for both an intimate bistro table for two and 6-person dining table along with new stainless appliances.

The master suite has a king size bed and a great master bath with his-and-hers sinks and a walk in shower. The second bedroom welcomes with a queen bed and a flat screen TV, and the third has two twin beds. The second bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Head outside and enjoy the fresh air on the covered patio with with a glass dining table and a grill. Just behind the condo is the community’s shared pool and spa; grab your towels and cool off within seconds!


La Quinta has tons of options for shopping and dining, with a brand new movie theatre opening in November 2015. Downtown La Quinta an easy walk away, as are shared tennis courts. For more exercise, a seven mile biking and jogging path runs right by the community. Or enjoy a few rounds of gold at the hotel. And at the end of the day—however you spend it—you can cool off (or soak in the hot tub) at the community pool that’s practically in your backyard.

Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee. Unless the rental policy specifically allows, if any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee.

Properties are fully furnished properties that will include bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, furnishings unless otherwise specified.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.
