Our lovely 1930s house is in the perfect location to easily explore the sites of Oxford as a family or with friends. With car parking outside and city centre is only a 5min bus ride or a 20min stroll. Alternatively explore the charming local parks or walk along the Thames.
Our spacious home has loads of original features including oak doors and it can accommodate a large family or group of friends. The garden is large and even has a 12 foot trampoline and double swing. Outdoor table and chairs and fire pit bowl with bbq grill. We've set the price low because we're still decorating and modernising but it's still cosy with everything you'd want for a lovely stay. We have a double bed in the master bedroom, kid size bunk beds (shorter than regular single) in second bedroom, single bed in third bedroom and a double sofa bed in lounge. Bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet upstairs and also downstairs toilet. Our dining room table can extend if needed to group 8 with 4 extra chairs neatly stored within the side table. The sitting room has a large TV and DVD with big selection of children's DVDs with 2 sofas to relax on. Kitchen with gas oven, toaster, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.
You'll have access to all you'll need for a great stay and the whole house. Wifi is unlimited and you'll be able to use the dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, Large TV and DVD with big selection of children's films. All rooms will be made up and there will be bedding for the sofa bed, please bring your own towels. The kitchen is equipped with gas oven, toaster, smoothie maker, blender but no microwave. Please no parties or stag and hen groups.

Other things to note
Easy access to shops for supplies including a Tesco metro and Nisa shop with post office 5 minutes away. If you are looking for a drink or food a new Gastro Pub, Home, has opened on Vicarage Road or visit thr more traditional of Monmouth pub a few minutes away serving very reasonably priced drinks and standard pub food. There's an excellent fish and chip shop on the next road along on which is highly recommended. If you want to do a big shop there is a large Sainsburys on Heyford hill roundabout.
We love our home and hope guests will treat it with respect and consideration and therefore can't accept parties. But we're an active family who won't be upset by the odd minor accident. No smoking inside please. Shoes off inside please and be careful with the records! Please don't use the landline phone except in emergencies. Please leave our house as you found it. Thank you.
