This property is on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park, set amongst the woodland and fields approximately one mile south of Hayle and two miles from the beach. Spacious 3 bedroom property with parking just to the side. Use of all onsite facilities, swimming pool, tennis, play areas, bar and restaurant. This property is situated in semi wooded grounds.

Patios doors lead to an Open plan lounge with laminate wood flooring throughout, brand new leather 3 seater and 2 seater sofas and tub chair. TV / DVD player.
Dining area with dining table, benches and chairs with seating for 8 people. Storage cupboard containing vacuum cleaner.
Kitchen - Well equipped with new fridge (small freezer compartment), full sized oven and hob with extractor, and all crockery and utensils.
Bathroom – refurbished for 2016 with bath, over bath electric power shower, wash hand basin, mirror and toilet.
Double Bedroom 1 – New bed frame and mattress with wardrobe, bedside cabinet and door to rear of property. Laminate wood floor.

Upstairs

Master Double Bedroom - Double bed with bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe and access to balcony overlooking the park. Use of a patio table and 2 chair’s set.
Triple Bedroom - With three single beds, 2 bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, full length mirror and wardrobe.
Bathroom – large bathroom with shower cubicle, wash hand basin, large mirror and toilet.
Outside: Paved patio area with wooden bench seating. Parking: car park is right next to the property for easy and convenient access.
Please note duvets and pillows are provided but guests are required to bring bed linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases) and personal linen such as towels and tea towels.
The property has use of the site facilities which are open March - November.

The surroundings……This property is situated in the beautiful grounds of the historic Tolroy Manor, a short distance south of Hayle. The properties are grouped in three areas around the Manor House which houses the bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. There is a range of facilities available to guests including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, play areas and shop.
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Only a short distance away, approximately one mile, is Hayle itself with harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes and beyond is the fabulous three miles of sand at Hayle beach on St. Ives Bay.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
Linen – We provide duvets and pillows but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you are traveling from aboard of by public transport please let us know as we do carry a limited stock of linen for these situation. This allows us to provide you with the best possible price for your holiday
If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties. Just give us a call!

WIFI - The In property wifi is a pay for service. This is £8 for 2GB of data which will be enough for most guests. The system is a run through the 4g network with 25mbps download speeds. The other option is free wifi available in the bar area.

Duvets and pillows are provided in this property but please bring your own linen, duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels. These are not provided.
