The space

The 6 bedroom Nautical B home can accommodate up to 15 guests and is decorated throughout in all lighthouse and sailboat decor.

The furnishings, bedding, linens and dinnerware are all in a 'Nautical' theme.

Located right in the downtown Lake Geneva! This is the location where visitors have been coming to play for over a quarter century. Right outside the front door you will find bustling night life, renowned restaurants, superb shopping and area attractions.

Guests can remember those long summer days, relaxing and people watching on the large front porch, complete with wicker furniture. Or, sit back and enjoy a cool drink or lunch on the rear back patio, complete with a patio/umbrella set, lots of seating and a BBQ grill. We have 4 off-street parking spaces and a designated area for boats and trailers, on a first come basis. The public boat launch is only three short blocks away.

No matter what the occasion, when you're looking for a fun, relaxing stay, The Nautical Inn, located in downtown Lake Geneva, Wisconsin offers vacation rental accommodations sure to meet all your needs.

Being a resort destination area, we cannot automatically accept Saturdays as a check-in or check-out day without prior approval so please inquiry first.

Guest access

Checkin mid-June to mid-August can be as late as 4pm with checkout at 10am when there is a guest leaving before you or entering after you. 2pm checkin and 11am checkout most of the time when renting non-Summer weekends......Airbnb does not allow us to advertise to separate checkin/checkout times throughout the year so please confirm with me and we will always work with you the best we can.
Guests are supplied with a Welcome Letter prior to arrival which will include lots of information on the home along with a numeric keycode to gain access into the home. The house is yours! We have a few areas that are private (owners closet).

Other things to note

Due to back-to-back rentals during Peak-Season check-in is 4:00PM and check-out is by 10:00AM sharp as the cleaning staff needs to prepare the home for arriving guests. During Off Peak-Season check-in ususally is 2:00PM and check-out is 11:00AM however; we are happy to adjust these times and offer early arrival or late departure.

- ABSOLUTELY no prom events allowed, please do not ask. You must be at least 25 to rent this house and sign a rental agreement with an appropiate security deposit confirming you will be at the house the entire stay.

Maximum Occupancy Nautical B - 15 Guests - additional guests must be approved. We take exceeding occupancy very seriously. Exceeding 15 guests without prior permission is grounds for immediate eviction.

IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFO - When the Nautical Inn of Lake Geneva accepts an "on-line" booking thru the automated AirB&B system guests may be required to sign a rental agreement. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation if we ask for a rental agreement and it is not returned.

Guests are supplied with 4 off-street parking spaces, no overnight parking is allowed on the street however; if needed we are happy to assist guests with additional parking areas for more then the 4 spaces allotted.

The outside noise ordinance in Lake Geneva is 10:00PM to 7:00AM and is enforced. No group gathering outdoors is permitted past 10:00PM. We respect the rights of our neighbors and take excessive noise seriously.

Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed in the house. Guests may smoke outside on the front porch or on the back deck. Please “do not" throw cigarette butts in the lawn, dispose of them properly. If it is necessary for the cleaning staff to clean up the yard, they charge $25.00 per hour and you will subsequently be charged. Any extra cleaning charges,
Including but not limited to carpet, furniture, draperies or bedding, because of smoking will be charged to your credit card supplied at a minimum of $200.00.

The ‘City of Lake Geneva" strictly prohibits bonfires or contained fires with the exception of the BBQ grill. The home is located within the city limits; therefore, this rule is strictly enforced. The State of Wisconsin prohibits the use of fireworks. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and will result in immediate eviction.

We are all about having a good time during your stay in Lake Geneva. We are located in wonderful neighborhood and want the home to maintain a high standing among our neighbors and community. Exceeding occupancy without approval and excessive outside noise will not be tolerated.

Large house easily fit all ten of us staying the weekend. Plenty of outdoor seating for a bbq. The location was a short walk to all shops, restaurants, bars, and boat rentals. Tony was very friendly and easy to work with.
