Close to parks, Hove station and an easy walk to shops, restaurants and the seafront. There is a good sized garden and patio leading off the kitchen and off-street parking for two cars.
The house is on three floors and has large rooms with high ceilings with a mixture of modern and period features. There is a very large kitchen-living-dining area which opens out on to the garden as well as additional reception areas. The house is well fitted out with television, music system, wifi, usb charging points and underfloor heating etc. There are 4 double bedrooms (one of which can be arranged as a twin) and two full bathrooms with showers. Three bedrooms and one bathroom are on the first floor and the fourth bedroom and bathroom is on the second floor. There is an additional downstairs cloakroom.
There are an additional 2 bedrooms which are not currently available for use by guests. All other areas and the garden are available for use.
Interaction with guests
We have an agent who will greet guests and respond to any enquiries they may have. We can provide recommendations for travel, eating and entertaining including walks and day trips. We can also give tips on parking in central and seafront areas.
Other things to note
The house is perfect for wedding or family groups . Sorry no hen or stag parties. Only those booked in should be at the house.
One bedroom has a queen sized bed that can be split into two single beds if required.
