Despite me being late for my check-in, Kosha was friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean and as described, the housemates were friendly and I had a great stay.

I've spend a week in that fantastic room. The house it's located in an amazing, nice and quiet area. Only 5min to Golders Green Station, what bring you to Central London in 15-20min. And there is a lot of amenities in the area (pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, hairdresser, shops,...) Kosha is very welcoming, he will provide you everything that you need for your stay and everyone in the flat is quiet, tidy and very nice people too. I had the pleasure to meet them, and I've been very happy in there.

Since I first sent my message to Kosha to the very last day, he has always been there to make my stay the best. Such a relief. The neighbors are an amazingly sweet bunch of people. Everyone respects each others space and if you come here to work and want to focus undisturbed: this is the place. The entrance downstairs needs some fixes due to some moldy smell, although this is nothing I smelled from my room (just at the entrance). The room itself was clean and "smell free". One big thing is that I could not hear any noise from the road outside. Complete silence, I love it! Bathroom and toilets was clean. They are shared but for me I think it was only occupied once during my 5 weeks so all good. The bus stop is just outside the door and takes you to the train station in 3 min (walking takes around 10-15 min). I worked in Soho area and it took me door to door around 45 min. Compared to the London standards I would recommend this place. I stayed there for 5 weeks and got a good deal. Yet be prepared, it's pricy. As whole London is.

Thanks for your comments! I've taken note about the odor at the front door and will take action. Thanks for your stay and look forward to having you again.
