Guests can access all spaces within the flat including the back and front basement gardens.

As we live in the house above we are generally available to communicate either face to face, or by text or call
Other things to note
The heating is accessed from the house above at present so I would like to liaise with guests on their preferred timings for it to come on and off.
When guests arrive if they could knock on the main house door and I can take them down and show them around
