I'm going to try and keep this short. WOW! This place is absolutely gorgeous! My Queen and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in Puerto Rico with our 2 young boys and our in-laws. The home was more than enough to accommodate us, It came with everything you need to feel right at home, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, Large living rooms and an awesome kitchen with all the pots and pans, silverware and everything else you need. It didn't come without a few mishaps, but viviam worked diligently to rectify them, and 2 out of 3 problems were successfully solved. The cable and wifi were not connecting the first few days, which was actually a blessing since we got to play games and spend time as a family. The AC in the master bedroom was not cooling as low as the rest house and we had to use a fan to help cool us down. The AC was fixed right away and the Wifi came up on day 4 which was perfect since all we neede it for was to get some work done. The cable never came up, but we didn't mind since our boys have iPads and with the wifi they just watched their Netflix and chilled while us adults enjoyed our pinchos, empanadillas and amarillos (platano frito).
The Queen and I are HUGE health nuts and enjoy a workout every morning, this is something the place can and SHOULD upgrade, nothing against the host more on the building but something to consider if you, like us, love the gym. We ended up running the beach (which was only about 400ft away) making dumbells out of water gallons and used everything we could to great workouts in. All in all we would most definitely stay at Viviam's again if she would have us, we loved it so much we actually spoke to an owner who had a condo for sale. If you're going to PR, don't hesitate in booking this home, I would do it again in a heartbeat, 11 days was not long enough. Thank you, thank you and thank you for helping us create some unforgettable memories.
