Sleeps 4 adults with a semi-private skylit sitting room off the main upstairs bedroom suitable for additional family members. Free Wi Fi & Smart TV for use with your own accounts. The artist owners Jeanette & Jack have adorned the walls with samplings of their own prints and paintings adding a truly personal touch. The downstairs bedroom off the living room has a skylight full-sized bed and full bath with claw foot tub and skylight. The upstairs loft like space has a queen-sized bed and daybed. Waking up to the light upstairs is truly heavenly! The open,
light-filled kitchen and dining area is furnished with a new dishwasher and everything you need to make simple meals. Coffee, tea, staples and something special for breakfast await your arrival. Freezer and washer dryer located in the basement. You have use of the private garden and terrace in the warmer months. .

Interaction with guests
We will be available to offer tips, advice and any help that our guests need through out their stay. We don't live on the premises but will be on call for assistance .
Other things to note
Note :There is a 4% hotel tax on each booking imposed by the City of Hudson as of June 2017. We will collect this tax in person at the close of your. stay
- Recommend taking off shoes, use slippers
- Fireplace is inoperable, do not use!

We are both artists and former University art professors. We are originally from NYC but we love our part of New York and the Hudson area. It's unique for it's natural beauty, cultural activity and fantastic people.
