3 Bed luxury Tudor style property is situated with lovely farmland views at the rear on the Tolroy Manor Park. Open plan, this offers a comfortable and beautiful place to stay and enjoy a well earned holiday. Parking close by for vehicles, situated on a Holiday Park with use of all onsite facilities. Set in semi-wooded grounds. Key safe situated on property.

Open plan living space - 2 seater recliner sofa, 1 reclining arm chair, 2 child size tub chairs, dining table and chairs, wall mounted TV, selection of books and games. Fully fitted kitchen.

Kitchen - Well equipped with fridge, washing machine, full sized oven and hob with extractor, and all crockery and utensils.

Bathroom - Bath, sink unit door to a separate toilet cubicle.

Master bedroom - Double bed & single bed, bedside tables, large storage space. TV.

Twin bedroom - Twin single beds, dressing table and drawers, storage shelves. TV with DVD player. TV.

Single bedroom - Single bed, wardrobe, bedside cabinet. TV with DVD player. TV.

Shower room - Shower cubicle, sink unit with large mirror, toilet.

Small patio area to the front of the property.

Please note duvets and pillows are provided but guests are required to bring bed linen and personal linen such as towels.

The surroundings……This property is situated in the beautiful grounds of the historic Tolroy Manor, a short distance south of Hayle. The properties are grouped in three areas around the Manor House which houses the bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. There is a range of facilities available to guests including an indoor swimming pool, tennis court, play areas and shop.
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Only a short distance away, approximately one mile, is Hayle itself with harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes and beyond is the fabulous three miles of sand at Hayle beach on St. Ives Bay.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
Linen – We provide duvets and pillows but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you are traveling from aboard of by public transport please let us know as we do carry a limited stock of linen for these situation. This allows us to provide you with the best possible price for your holiday
If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties. Just give us a call!

Interaction with guests

For your convenience, keys will be left in a key safe beside the front door of the property. The property address and direction can be found below.

The property will be ready for you from 3pm but if you are in the area earlier you are welcome to let the office know by calling us on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN), as soon as we hear that the property is ready we will then text your mobile to let you know.

Other things to note

Duvets and pillows are provided in this property but please bring your own linen, duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets and towels. These are not provided.

Hi, we are a small family run property managment company based in Hayle, St Ives Bay. All the properties we manage are within a mile or so of our office so we are never far away. We have been in the holiday trade for 40+ years and with 5 generations of our own family having owned holiday homes here at the beach in Hayle, you might say we like the place!
