I'm originally from Miami, FL and must say there is no place like our little slice of paradise in the Forgotten Coast! We have been living in the area for over 15 years and fell in love with the Beach Cottage when it came on the market. The cottage features the original tongue and groove pine interior and we've added quirky decor for a homey atmosphere. The property has also had some recent renovations to make our guests' stay even more comfortable. We love dogs too; well-behaved pups are welcome to enjoy the property as well. We are adding the Beach Cottage 2 in late Feb 2017, it is new construction and is a tiny house 2bed/1 bath . great space... a little further from the beach but priced right !!
Our daughter lives in Spain so the funds generated through the cottage rental go towards our travel expenses to visit her. I'm also very involved in the arts in our area; I'm a an organizer of the annual Plein Air event wherein artists come to paint the Forgotten Coast in May of each year. Also, working to get the Historic Port Theatre back up and running. If you want to know what is going on while you're here I am happy to share some tips! Also, I am a Realtor, so if you decide you love our area and want to look at property, let me know!
