This 1920 bungalow has recently been fully renovated. It is about two miles from downtown Little Rock, near a park, and blocks away from the Little Rock Central High School national park site and visitors center. There is a big front porch as well as a front and back yard. The neighborhood is historic and beautiful, but can best be described as a work in progress. Arkansas Children's Hospital is blocks away. This would be a great place for a group to stay!
The house has its original built in woodwork and lighting. There is a nice porch and a front and back yard. The house is in the Central High School Neighborhood Historic District near downtown Little Rock.
You'll have access to the whole house and both front and back yards.
Interaction with guests
I'll be available to help throughout your stay.
Other things to note
* I have a television with a Roku so you can watch Netflix or Hulu, but I do not have cable TV. There's also a DVD player.
Please clean up before you leave by washing all dishes and throwing away all trash. Please leave beds unmade so I will know which ones were used. Dirty towels should be piled on the bathroom floor or by the washing machine. Please take the trash and recycling out and put them in the bins by the driveway side of the house. I have a nice couch from West Elm. It is delicate and can't withstand the wear and tear of being used as a bed, so I'd ask you to not sleep on the couch. Please leave the AC on when you go if it's hot outside. No candles allowed in the house. If you break or damage something in the house PLEASE notify me. I don't require a security deposit, so I ask that guests be up front if the cause damage. Thanks!
