Aspen Mountain ski area is located on national forest service land. So they're are not any properties that actually sit on slope. I can ski to 100 ft of condo.

This place is fantastic!! Just a couple blocks from the main downtown area and in a quiet location in the complex. The condo is clean, well maintained, and even has small outdoor space. Peter was fantastic to communicate with and went above and beyond helping us with a jacket…

Great location, and really great communication, however was not expecting all the pet hair all over the place, which lead us to question if the place was cleaned before we got there. We left with all of our clothes and luggage covered in pet hair. There was no soap or shampoo, …

We have 6 to 8 hours of cleaning before and after every single rental. The unit was most certainly cleaned! It is about my 10th year hosting here on air B&B in Aspen. I am a super host, and do not any have reviews like this. There is pump soap in both bathrooms and up stairs kitchen sink, and also soap under kitchen sink too , and shampoo /cond/hair dryer / extra TP under both sinks In the cabinet, along with more soap. I'm sorry guests had these comments, but they got in late at night , & left early in the morning. They were not really there long enough to explore or were too tired to look, which is understandable. I went back at around 8-9 Am, the next day, after they said they left, and did not notice what they were describing along with my cleaning lady. Also an air B&B unlike a hotel people tend to come with more people and pay the price of around one room. But in this case if you subtract the cleaning check out fee the condo fee was $357.00 for 4 people. In my neighborhood here , a hotel room costs between $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) for 2 ppl and they had 4 people staying here. In Air B n B's , the guests brings groceries in, along with their items, and travel with dob kits, and their personal items like toothbrush and toothpaste, creams etc.. I don't think people typically plan on just grabbing any current generic stuff they can find for their personal needs, and things of this nature, unless they have forgotten their dob kits, on top of just completing a long drive in the dark from Denver, with possible plane travel prior to that as well. Anyhow they were here for a quick seven or eight hour stay, and I am sorry they had those comments.

Perfect place with the best location for skiing in Aspen. 3 minutes walk to lifts and 5 minutes walk to all restaurants and shops of town. The place its exactly as you see in pictures. We only have a little problem with Peter, because at the end, he wanted to charge us with no …

Location is great (1-2 blocks from 2 different lifts), but not really ski in / ski out by my definition. Also close to town. The place is fairly small; any more than 4 people would be quite tight. For the high price paid, I didn't find the amenities to be appropriate - no sham…

I want to mention that I have next zero reviews like Andrews. You can not consider one version of a story as the truth. There are many things the reader and Andrew, are unaware off. , I am a super host, and I've been doing on air B&B and other vacation size for over 10 years, in comparison to someone's three or four days of partying and skiing here or a third party's 30 second review the listing For example Aspen Mountain is on National Forest Service land, so Chalets, don't sit next to the lifts like in Europe. We are one block from the 1 A chairlift, coming back from skiing , you can even ski with an hundred feet of our walkway, and you can also go behind the unit and ski down to the main gondola. He never asked isn't aware, and If you notice nobody else complaining about this. It's a two bedroom not a three bedroom is for four adults but if you had babysitter, young kids, you have the option to used the sleeping couch and the triple bunk bed. Andrew probably had at least four people here, if you divide the cost they stayed in Aspen or something like a hundred and twenty dollars a night. If you want fancy skin cream and a mini tube of tooth paste like from dentist there many (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) a nights hotel rooms here. This is not the exactly the airbnb model. We do provide one the best locations in town, Jacuzzi, pool, Wi-Fi ,wood burning fireplace , parking and some of the easiest access to all things in zip code for any guest.

This place is in the perfect spot to walk around aspen, and ski right out the back. The little place is clean and comfortable, and while pricey, about the best deal you can get for Aspen. Bring you own shampoo though!
