This is our second home and we will interact with our guests as much as they prefer. We are always available via phone, text or email for any questions or concerns. There is keyless entry for a smooth, convenient check in and checkout process.
Other things to note
This is a private residential community with full time & part time residents and vacation renters. The HOA and the city of Palm Springs have a STRICT NOISE POLICY. This is a place to relax and unwind ONLY. This is not a place to party and carry on. If you're seeking a place to party, we recommend you look elsewhere. Excessive noise and disorderly conduct will not be tolerated. Security is onsite and patrols the premises nightly. If a complaint is made for any reason -- you will forfeit your security deposit.
Lastly, we own two dogs that occasionally stay in our home.
- Must be at least 25 years old.
- Max occupancy 2 adults and 2 children.
- Do not create excessive noise or disturbances or engage in disorderly conduct.
- Amplified music is not allowed outside the unit or played loud enough inside to disturb the neighbors.
- Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level. Continued and ongoing screaming for an extended period of time is one way to disturb the neighbors. Please be courteous.
- Night time hours are between 10pm and 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices.
