Great accommodation. Super central. Easy to get everywhere and beautiful vibes. Lovely host and super casual, giving us the feel to do as we please. Had some communication and direction issues when checking in, as it was late at night when we arrived and our host had fallen asleep, but it was the day after the 8.1 earthquake - so totally understandable. Also, the bed is super firm as a heads up to any of you cushy dreamers. Otherwise, it felt comfortable and cruisey and was a great experience! Thanks Victor

Victor's place is very basic (as described) but plenty of room for two people, clean, great location and good value for money. Victor was next door and always contactable. The 3 dogs in the courtyard were friendly :) The main problem was the gas tank for the water heater was almost empty when we checked in at 8pm. Victor replaced it as soon as possible, but we still had to take cold showers the first morning. The shower has good water pressure.

I loved staying here in the garden apartment! Victor was easy to communicate with, there were always puppies to play with, and it felt very private and yet the complex is full of interesting characters- it felt like you were part of a living art gallery. The apartment is spacious and funky and I quite enjoyed my time there. Gracias Victor! I hope to come back one day!

Come to Oaxaca, come stay at Victor's! Located in the heart of the historic centre, the apartment is great base from which to explore Oaxaca and the local environment. We arrived by bus and the ADO terminal was 1km / 0.7miles / 15 minutes walk away. The apartment is at the back of an internal courtyard and was clean, spacious, light, and simply furnished. The bathroom is a little snug but the shower was good and the towels smelled lovely and fresh (bit of a weird observation but speaks to how homely the place felt). Would definitely stay here again.
