Large kitchen with bar stools for 3 and a dining room table that comfortably seats 10. Very nice view.

We are pleased to be able to offer cancellation insurance to our Canadian resident guests, for our international guests we can offer medical insurance that is specific for Visitors to Canada. Please ask us for details.
Please note that the hot tub is shared with the main home and it is included in the rental cost only during the ski season. Guests wishing to have the hot tub operational between the second week of April and the third weekend of November can place a request for activation with enough advance notice. Additional fees will apply.
Please note, the weekly/monthly rate does not apply during holiday periods.
Important Info: We offer a wide variety of accommodation in a very popular and in demand ski resort. The condos, townhomes and mountain vacation homes that we rent and manage are privately owned.

To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit is required. The final non-refundable balance is due
one month prior to arrival (except for the Christmas/New Year holiday season which is six weeks prior to
arrival). All these payments are non-refundable we HIGHLY recommend cancellation insurance. If you
are a Canadian resident you may purchase this with us at Silver Star Stays. If you are American or an
international guest we strongly recommend that you purchase your cancellation insurance locally.
In lieu of a damage deposit we require a valid credit card to be kept on file until after departure in the
unlikely event of damage or excessive cleaning.
Check in 4:00 - check out 10:00. All our properties have keyless entries and you will be provided with
driving instructions, door access codes, etc. at the time of final payment - one month prior to arrival.
The property is limited to the maximum occupancy stated. Failure to adhere to this house rule will
result in extra charges and may result in eviction from the property.
Some of our properties are pet friendly and this is identified in the highlights of each property. An
additional daily fee of $33 per pet is charged. If pets are brought in to non-pet friendly units a minimum
charge of $500 for fumigation will be charged.
All our properties are non-smoking. If this policy is violated a minimum charge of $500 will be charged
Please treat this vacation rental as you would your own. Upon departure wash your dishes or start in
the dishwasher. Failure to do so will result in a $50 additional cleaning fee. Please pick up and bag all
your garbage and recycling and leave in the appropriate spot as mentioned in the binder in your
