Enter through the large heated ski/bike room that has ample space for all your gear and winter wear. This room has a door so it is blocked off from the rest of the house, making for a warm and inviting feel within.
Two master bedroom suites, each with their own ensuite are on this floor and they have access to a second deck. There is also a comfy bunkbed bedroom with an adjoining washroom on this floor and a washer/dryer to round out the amenities.
The bright and spacious open concept upper level living area opens onto a deck with a hot tub with a plumbed in BBQ with surround sound both inside and out as well as sweeping views in all directions. Lots of large windows allow you to enjoy the sunrises as well as the views up the mountain.
The upscale kitchen has everything you will need and all the extra touches you will appreciate such as a crock pot and other items that you would expect to find in an executive home of this calibre.
On this floor there is a fourth bedroom with an adjacent washroom. The added bonus is a separate den/media room which allows for two “living areas” within this home. This den features a queen size pull out couch effectively making this a five bedroom home for the price of four. Enjoy the recently upgraded 50” TV with sound bar and Apple TV plus cable.
The house has free WI-FI and two parking spots and keyless entry.
Please note, the hot tub is operational during the ski season only. (Closed from the first weekend in April to the third weekend in November) To use it during a stay outside of the ski season, it may be arranged at an additional fee with enough advance notice.

This house is accessed by a keyless lock so you can arrive anytime at your convenience after the 4:00 p.m. check in time. You will have access to the main house, including the private outdoor parking and the private hot tub on the balcony. The basement suite is not part of you rental.

We are pleased to be able to offer cancellation insurance to our Canadian resident guests, for our international guests we can offer medical insurance that is specific for Visitors to Canada. Please ask us for details.
Please note that the hot tub is included in the rental cost only during the ski season. Guests wishing to have the hot tub operational between the second week of April and the third weekend of November can place a request for activation with enough advance notice. Additional fees will apply.
Please note, the weekly/monthly rate does not apply during holiday periods.
Important Info: We offer a wide variety of accommodation in a very popular and in demand ski resort. The condos, townhomes and mountain vacation homes that we rent and manage are privately owned.

To confirm your booking a non-refundable deposit is required. The final non-refundable balance is due
one month prior to arrival (except for the Christmas/New Year holiday season which is six weeks prior to
arrival). All these payments are non-refundable we HIGHLY recommend cancellation insurance. If you
are a Canadian resident you may purchase this with us at Silver Star Stays. If you are American or an
international guest we strongly recommend that you purchase your cancellation insurance locally.
In lieu of a damage deposit we require a valid credit card to be kept on file until after departure in the
unlikely event of damage or excessive cleaning.
Check in 4:00 - check out 10:00. All our properties have keyless entries and you will be provided with
driving instructions, door access codes, etc. at the time of final payment - one month prior to arrival.
The property is limited to the maximum occupancy stated. Failure to adhere to this house rule will
result in extra charges and may result in eviction from the property.
Some of our properties are pet friendly and this is identified in the highlights of each property. An
additional daily fee of $33 per pet is charged. If pets are brought in to non-pet friendly units a minimum
charge of $500 for fumigation will be charged.
All our properties are non-smoking. If this policy is violated a minimum charge of $500 will be charged
Please treat this vacation rental as you would your own. Upon departure wash your dishes or start in
the dishwasher. Failure to do so will result in a $50 additional cleaning fee. Please pick up and bag all
your garbage and recycling and leave in the appropriate spot as mentioned in the binder in your
