Our apartment is a luxury conversion of a historic Victorian warehouse in a quiet development close to the centre of Havant. The large open plan design is ideal for families and business visitors. Close to the historic Portsmouth dockyards, Isle of Wight, Emsworth, Chichester and even London - just over an hour away on the train. There is lots to do nearby with historical tourist attractions, Paultons Theme Park, Gunwharf Quays outlet shopping, local pubs and plenty of beaches and long walks.
The main feature of the apartment is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen space with a high vaulted ceiling. As our kids were growing up we spent many long weekends here and it was a great family experience as we spend most of our time together in this room. Off this main space is a double room with an en-suite shower room, a twin bed room, a single room and a family bathroom. The apartment is on the top floor and one of ten properties in an exclusive gated development which was once a Victorian leather and paper factory.

Please note that there is only one reserved parking space for guests and no other parking available so this property is not suitable if you plan to bring more than one car.
The parking is also only suitable for cars. Vans and other similar work vehicles are not permitted.
Hi, Jenny and I bought Vellum Court in 2006 just after the renovation of these Victorian buildings was completed. We wanted a place to spend weekends with our children and we have many happy memories staying here and visiting all the local attractions.
