This wonderful finca is situated between the old market town of San Joan and the seaside resort of San Miguel.
The house is over 200 years old and is surrounded by 47,000m2 of terraced gardens full of ancient olive trees, fruit trees, and wonderful views to the sea and the country.
Access to the two main north/south roads is very easy, so Ibiza town is easily achievable in 20 minutes and yet the beautiful beach at Benirras is only 5 minutes away.
The villa is child safe and disabled friendly.
The large gated driveway leads to a double car port and the west end of the house.
The villa is made up of the main house with one wing as an independent studio apartment.
The main part of the house has three bedrooms, 2 double rooms and 1 twin room that can be changed to a double if required.
The studio apartment has a kingsize bed and also a large sofa bed in the lounge area.
The main entrance leads from the front terrace to the main lounge. All three bedrooms and the kitchen/dining room lead off the lounge area.
All bedrooms are ensuite with large walk in showers, bedroom 1 has a whirlpool bath and shower.
The front of the house has a covered front dining terrace looking onto the pool area, gardens and the countryside beyond.
To the rear is the barbecue area and the "Place de Rose" dining area.
Above the barbecue terrace is the footpath up to the top of the garden where the viewing area overlooking Benirras, the well and secluded little chillout areas can be found.
A small gated children's play area is next to the pool.
The property is rented as a whole.
Interaction with guests
I live on the island and am available to help with any problems that arise. I am a yacht captain so will be working during the day but I have a fantastic support network set up to deal with any eventualities in my absence.
This team has run the house for 2 years very successfully and live within 5 minutes of the house.
Other things to note
The house has a 10,000 litre fresh water storage tank that is refilled weekly.
This gives us the best water quality available on the island and is more than sufficient even with a full house. However, respectful use of water is appreciated to avoid any inconvenience during your stay.
