Other things to note
If you are staying for 5 nights or longer: We start you off with basic paper products (a few toilet paper rolls and a roll of paper towels). After that, you are responsible for replenishing the supply to meet your needs. If you would like housekeeping to come in, to clean the space and refresh sheets, please let me know.
Construction has started in near by buildings. Sometimes you can hear the sounds of progress in the apartment. The construction happens during day time hours, and it is over before 4 or 5pm.
Our check out times are not flexible unless otherwise arranged. We need at least a week’s notice to change our cleaner’s schedule. We often have new guests checking in the same day you check out. If check you do not check out by 11:30am, there will be a $50 late check out fee.
