Luigi and his wife have been very helpful and communicative. The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony, the kitchen included a waterboiler, a toaster, a fridge and a microwave. Unfortunately the cooker did not work. The breakfast was diversified. The bathroom is tiny and there was no extra place for the shower. The small room was a toilet with a shower between the toilet and the door. Before booking we did not noticed that there is no heating at all, it was much too cold for us! We spended much time to collect wood for the fireplace to get warm.

Response from Luigi:
Dear Lisa on the webside has written that there is not heating, we have been very kindly with you because we gave you also a heater but if it was so cold you didn't go with tshirt and without shoes inside the flat. Also you left all the windows open until night time, I don't believe that was so cold! For the rest I didn't write that the house kipper had to clean all the ash that you left inside the firestone, you could clean a bit, we gave you all the host you needed and we have been very polite. Next time before you book something read better what the flat offer and not only the price (70 euro with breakfast). In add of our breakfast we offered you chocolate such as Kinder- baci- candies and also a bottle of wine. We have been very generous with you but maybe not enough. Regards Luigi

The house outside is a typical old hoiuse like in all the villages in Italy but the loft is very caractheristic with a wonderful view of Rome, especially when there is the sunset. I liked very much stay there with Luigi's family, they are very friendly and they gave me all the informations I needed. I ate with them for a cheap price and the trasfers to the airport were very economic. It is only 1 hour by bus to go to Rome and you arrive very quickly in the centre with the metro, later Luigi came to pick me up at the bus stop because in the night there is not a bus to Monteleone, it's only 5 minutes by car from the main street. I had a great breakfast, in my fridge I found milk, yoghurt, orange juice, jam, nutella!! I love nutella, with croissant and toasted bread! My room was not very big but was comfortable,in the kitchen there is a micro fridge and many chocolates, a big living room with an old radio where you can put old diskes, fantastic... There is a small bathroom with a shower where I found soap and toothpaste and shave cream. When I first arrived they welcome and prepared cocktail with little sandwiches and olives homemade. I ate a delicious olive oil on bruschetta, the best pasta with scramble eggs and ham, pizza homemade with vegetables from Luigi's garden and an unforgettable tiramisu. I stayed a few days but I want to go back to have fun with Luigi's family and eat with them, they told me so many stories about Rome, Florence, Rieti and other cities, they know Italy very well and when I'll go back we will visit Italy together. I won't forget anything about this trip. Before back home Luigi gave me a souvenir of the Colosseum to don't forget Rome. I had a great time in this loft, very clean and comfortable and above all I had the possibility to visit Rome for cheap. Thanks a lot Luigi and Fabiana for all you gave me and showed me, I've never met people so helpful like you and I hope to see you soon, maybe in Brazil!

My stay with Fabiana and Luigi was better than I could have ever imagined. They were so helpful and treated me like family from day one. They showed me Rome and told me of the history and importance of everything. Their lovely son Alessio took me on a tour of Rome in his scooter. They gave me the best memories of my entire life. They are like family to me and I have a lot of love for them. The loft is beautiful, private, clean and has an absolutely amazing view. It was so comfortable and I felt so welcome. They cooked me beautiful homemade food, gave me rides, and gave me tours of their homeland for very cheap prices. They invited me into their family with open arms and gave me something money can't buy. They helped me pick up a money gram when it seemed complicated and impossible. They are generous, beautiful, kind and funny people and I will never forget them or our time together. I hope to see them again in the future. Thank you for everything ciao bella Katalina xx
