Interaction with guests
I'm most of the time online, so I can answer all your questions very fast. I give you all the space. If you need any advice on Tallinn, where to go, what to do, simply write me a message. I am your friend, so don't be a stranger, write me if you have anything to ask or say!
I wrote a list of secret tips one can do/see/eat/drink/experience in Tallinn and it is printed and waiting for you inside the studio in an orange folder. I can give even more suggestions and tips that interest only you.
Other things to note
I speak English, German, Estonian, Spanish and Russian. Don't hesitate to contact me in any of these languages.
I enjoy a lot showing my hospitality. I know you will have a great time staying at my place and if you need something, I m here to help.
There are some books in the flat, which were left by nice guests and friends from all over the world. If you have a book that you have finished already, you are more than welcome to donate it for my little library :)

Hello, I am Deniss, a 33-years old man originally from Tallinn/Estonia, half-Estonian, half-Swedish mix.
I own a studio in downtown of Tallinn and really enjoy to receive guests. Since I am living in Berlin currently, I offer my studio to travelers and guests of Estonian capital.
You can communicate with me in English, auf Deutsch, eesti keelt, по-русски o un poquito en Español.
Normally, I am a happy person, well-traveled, simple, calm, low-maintenance, relaxed and smiley, with a glimpse of sense of humour (at least I think I could be funny sometimes).
I am clean and responsible man, travel quite often myself and happy to meet new people. If I stay at yours, I will treat your house like my own! I am not a party person and mostly I would prefer to have a nice chat in a music bar or a beer-garden over a pint or have some cultural evening. I am a passionate bicycle user (every day ride at least 15 km); I like jogging and run marathons; I am a good swimmer; I used to be a scuba diver and now I do once a year a diving-trip to some places I have never been before. I would definitely like to try other extreme sports.
