The space

Designed on one level with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and open plan kitchen and living and dining in the main house. A separate retreat includes a 3rd bedroom immediately adjacent to the main house.

Centrally positioned on a large corner fully fenced block at the front of the property with a retaining wall at the back (approx. 865sqm) and designed to encompass generous in-door/out-door flow surrounded by a spacious sloping lawn, Hide and Sea is perfectly suited for families, couples or a relaxing girls weekend away.

Designed on one level with 2 bedrooms (Queen bed + 2 x sets of bunk beds), 1 bathroom and open plan kitchen and living and dining in the main house. A separate retreat has been cleverly added to include a 3rd bedroom (Double bed) immediately adjacent to the main house.

Only a moments walk to the Rye foreshore and Bay Trail (900m) 8 minutes walk/2 minute drive, the very best of Rye is at your fingertips. You'll simply never want to leave!
