This is an ancient house in a lovely provençal village, Allauch, in the heights of Marseille, very near yet very far from the city noises.
You will love the tiny steets, the lovely squares with their fountain. From the village, you can explore the magnificient hills of Le Garlaban, described by the famous provençal author, Marcel Pagnol.
The house has a lot of charm. It dates back from the XVIIIth century. There is a garden and a courtyard, something very rare and enjoyable in the village!
The furniture is antique, made of beautiful wood pieces.
Two rooms are rented. One is a large room, perfect for a couple.
There is a large kitchen, a large bathroom, two living-room, one with a French billiard.
You will find everything you need in the village, within one minute from the house: bread and croissant for your breakfast, cafés and restaurants on the village squares and a grocery store.
You can go to Marseille by bus and metro. The Vieux Port can be reached in 30 minutes.
