It's my first time to stay in a homestay style place. It's a great experience. Great place to stay and great people to know. There are other reviews listed the nice location, the big room, the great office, environments and communications etc already, I just want to say, totally agree ! I look forward to getting back to Bacolod again, and this is still my first choice. Suggestion: place a gate photo in the website, so guests can easily found it when they arrive at 21st St. Thank you Cell, Good Luck

Really nice place to stay. The room is large with a desk to work. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is really big and modern and the shower is hot. There is a large ceiling fan which is pretty much silent and makes it possible to turn the ac off at night for a perfect temperature for sleeping! WiFi was fast enough for video calls but I was using an ethernet cable, didn't try wireless but the speed test seemed good enough. Free tea and coffee and water which is a nice touch and a big co-working space downstairs if you want a stronger WiFi connection. The host was super helpful and installed a repeater upstairs before I arrived as I needed a private room to work. When there were some brief connection problems I was offered use of the conference room downstairs which was kind. The young guy was really helpful, taking my clothes to the laundry shop and googling stuff for me when I needed help. The girl was polite but I felt like she saw me as an inconvenience when I had questions. One thing - I asked about places to eat and they didn't really have any advice (other than to say there are lots of places around) so I ended up paying 200 pesos a meal in the expensive restaurants nearby but on the last day for dinner I found a food court for around 50 pesos a meal up the road behind bobs cafe. If you are also travelling on a budget and working with limited time for finding food this is useful to know. Would definitely stay again

Juanito's place is awesome. It is the perfect business trip accommodation if you visit Bacolod. The room we got is very spacious and their internet is really fast (I was able to catch up with my emails and other work stuff without delays). They also promote peace and quiet since they have a co-working space in the ground floor. They offer free coffee too! The location is great as well, it is central and there are nearby restaurants. It is a jeepney ride away from other establishments (malls & terminal, etc). Juanito is a very good host. He is responsive and he even granted some of my requests. You can ask him anything about Bacolod/Negros, and he will have answers/suggestions for you in no time. Thank you so much, I recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

Due to booking circumstances, we were essentially upgraded to the room from listing #(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) BR Unit w/ 2 Beds) at no extra cost. Having said that, this was an amazing stay. Cozy beds. Well-maintained bathroom with a clean shower, sink, and toilet. Fast, reliable Fibr internet (apparently separate from the connection used by the members of the co-working space below) and in-room work tables make it especially suitable for people travelling for business. Ample closet/storage space is a nice plus. The listing is located in an old house that has been masterfully restored to meet the needs of a modern, startup-friendly co-working space. The location is PERFECT: many nearby dining options and one jeepney ride away from major tourist attractions and transport hubs (towards Mambukal or Campuestohan; northbound to the airport, Silay, and Victorias).

We love this place! Centrally located - just behind 21, the restaurant that serves one of the best batchoy in Bacolod, across the street from Homegrown (Aida's Inasal + Lord Bayron Ribs). Just few minutes walk to Calea and Pala-pala Seafood Grill. Most jeepneys passes by its main street thus easy to reach via public transpo. The room and bathroom are clean and newly renovated, not to mention huge! We stayed here for 3 days and slept soundly every night. Beddings are very comfy. It's not a hotel, but we were provided clean towels + bottled water everyday. And there's water heater :) The first floor is a colab, which offers fast and steady internet connection, plus coffee, tea, hot & cold water. Juanito was always there to check on us and provided great advice on where to eat and how to go from a place to another. If ever we'd be back in Bacolod, we'd definitely stay here again! Highly recommended. They really took good care of us during our stay.
