Mary's farm has real character, is cosy and perfectly situated to get away from the daily grind. There is plenty of space and the location means you can really experience the joys of rural Suffolk. There are country walks and quaint villages all nearby, and the famous coastline is easily accessible by car.

Lovely country location and very quiet. Cottage was well equipped and had a lovely garden. Beds were comfortable and Mary was a very helpful host who surprised us with some fresh eggs on our first morning.

A beautiful English cottage in a quiet country side with an incredible amount of bird songs. We appreciated the freshly laid eggs that were left for us on the kitchen counter. I loved the view onto Mary's herbal garden. We would recommend the cottage to anyone who wants to experience a typical English cottage summer. Thank you so much Mary

A beautiful place comfortably & well furnished with a picturesque kitchen garden & a little garden to ourselves bound by a peaceful pond. The children & I were so happy here, Mary has made it all lovely & was very kind.

The setting is idyllic, with your own river running through the back garden, and the banks were set off with daffodils, so pretty. Definitely a great retreat for hiding yourself away and enjoying the nature all around.

I am very sorry WiFi was not available. It can be intermittent here and my currant guests find it comes and goes. I will contact my provider EE and try and get it improved. I will ensure my cleaner pays more attention to the cleanliness of the kitchen
