There is a variety of bird life to watch.There have been little owls nesting in an owl box the last two years and in the Summer the swallows take over the stable yard. There are pair of Buzzards living nearby . Moorhens nest on the pond.
The cottage has a south facing hedged garden and there are walks at the back of the farm. There is ample parking space
Interaction with guests
I live at the other end of the house so am available to offer help or advice if needed but guests have total privacy in the self contained area in the old part of the house.
Other things to note
The immediate area around Watsons farm has proved popular with cyclists for its quiet country lanes and softly undulating countryside, There is ample storage space for bikes. There is a 40 acre common for walks at the end of the drive and in May there is an abundance of wild orchids.
