I come from a family of musicians, writers, farmers, flower-growers, readers, good cooks and story-tellers. I like my lines straight, my friends strong, my children happy, and people who leave a place better than they found it.
I worked in human services in the Denver area for more than thirty years. After retiring, I bought a historic hacienda in Mazatlan, Mexico and turned it into a guest home for travelers from around the world. In addition to renovating the hacienda, I studied Spanish, attended yoga classes, and volunteered at the local library. The experience in Mexico taught me that I love to share my home and my city with fellow travelers.
I sold my home in Mazatlan and moved back to Colorado to be closer to my friends and family. I travel to Mexico frequently and especially enjoy the small fishing villages along the Riviera Nayarit. My favorite part of traveling is the friends I meet along the way.
