The rented room is in the basement of my home in Iceland. It is clean and cozy, located in a quiet area. Our neighbors are friendly some having children. We are well located - in a walking distance from two low cost food stores, bakeries, swimming pool and the main bus station in Kopavogur. We are next to the coast and it lovely to take a walk - or bike - along the coastline. There are several other walking paths around us.
The room is nice with a good bed, cupboard, table and a chair.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven, a microwave and a coffeemaker. The washing room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and a cupboard.
- Quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00
- The room can not be sublet
- It is forbidden to use the room by others than those booking via airbnb
