Welcome to Wanchese. A small village that is named after the local Indian Chief who provided for his tribe through the provisions of the surrounding waters. The village still remains dependent on our waters. We are known world wide for our Seafood Industry, Yacht and sports fishing, boat building, and home of the National Geographic Wicked Tuna North Vs. South. Our waters provide a unique way of life that makes all happy to be here. Come live THE LOCAL LIFE with us.
A clean, light, comforting space that will make your weekend a relaxing one. A private bed and bath will help make your stay a nice retreat.
We have plenty of parking in our 1\2 acre yard. Room for multiple vehicles or boat and trailer. We welcome you to meet our family. Visit with us in the common spaces. Can place food in the fridge and use the coffee pot and microwave.
We have a nice front porch and patio for kicking back on.
We can provide beach towels, chairs, and coolers so you can make your get away easy.
Interaction with guests
Am excited to share info about a place we love. Will provide local history, dining and entertainment suggestions from a locals point of view.
