Enjoy a gorgeous view of the Eiffel tower from this cute Parisian studio. Stroll to the tower and the Champ de Mars in an easy 8 minutes, or head for the Seine and walk along the river.
The queen-sized bed, goose feather pillows, and down comforter ensures a great night's sleep for two people. Wake up to the smell of fresh baguettes in the bakery downstairs. When you're ready to go, getting around the city is easy: there's a metro stop right across the street!
The apartment is 27 square meters (a little under 300 square feet) on the 6th floor (7th if you count floors the American way), which means a view of the rooftops and of the Eiffel Tower. It also means quite a few stairs—unfortunately, it is not handicap-accessible. (No elevator.)
Kitchen: Brand-new stove top (pictures have not yet been updated), a compact counter-top oven, a water boiler, and all the cookware you might need are at your disposal. Choose between a Bodum french press and an Italian-style percolator for your morning coffee. Have a leisurely breakfast at the table by the window (seats 4-6) and head out for the day!
Bathroom: All the basics! Bathtub-shower, space for your toiletries, and everything you need to get ready for the day. Soap, shampoo and conditioner are provided.
Laundry: There is a laundry machine in the kitchen for your use. Detergent provided. There is a hand-held steamer you can use to keep your clothes wrinkle-free.
Heating: There is an electric heater, which you are welcome to adjust to your liking. There is a fan if you get too warm.
The apartment is self-sufficient and all yours while you're here. Make yourself at home!
You'll find plenty of restaurants, bakeries, cafés, grocery stores, and bars within a two-block radius. I'll give you a list of my favorites when you arrive, so you'll know where to go.
- The other occupants of the building are long-term residents. Please use common sense and respect. (They are very friendly, too—please say bonjour to them if you pass them in the stairwell!)

I'm a grad student living in Paris, and I love this city! I'm from California and have also lived in Ireland and Italy as well as a few places in the USA. I love sightseeing and really getting to know new places, but I'm just as happy with a book on the beach. When I'm not traveling, I love to sing (I was in an a cappella group in college), horseback ride, and do yoga, among other things.
I love being able to have a home base wherever I am, which is partly why I love Airbnb. It's great to feel at home after a day of travel or sightseeing.
