Hello! Welcome to my home away from home. Perfect for families or a couples get a way. My father built this home years ago for our family. I recently remodeled and furnished the home with lots of love and care. This home and it's belongs are very special to me because I curated all the lovely pieces in it. I hope you will appreciate it all as much as I do! This home is cozy, quiet and only minutes from South Lake Tahoe, Heavenly Mountain, and the Lake.
Beautiful family owned house located in Nevada on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe, 5 minutes from Heavenly Ski Resort (Stagecoach and Boulder Lift). House is in immaculate condition. Surrounded by trees and mountains. Over 1900 square feet over two floors with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and two living areas each with it own fireplace. Easy access to home, with 2 car garage attached for warmer transition inside.
The home comes with wireless internet and 2 smart TV's.
The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV ( Internet ready including Hulu, Netflix, Youtube ect.) along with large cozy L- shaped couch and gas fireplace. Dining table for 8 - 6 chairs & 1 bench.
Modern clean kitchen with dishwashing machine, oven & hood, large refrigerator/ freezer combo, hot water maker, 4 slice toaster, multiple coffee options including french press, espresso machine or drip coffee.
King Bed, ensuite bathroom with full sized bath, teak 6 drawer dresser and built in closet ( bench for luggage) and hangers.
Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom, double closets ( bench for luggage) and a set of hangers, 4 drawer walnut dresser and door leading to the outside area.

This condo is perfect for two couples or family with up to eight occupants.
BlueGo shuttle buses run from the end of the street ( 207 & South Benjamin St) to the casinos (upon phone request) and other Heavenly ski lifts such as Stagecoach, Boulder & the Gondola.
All items are there for your use, with exception to the items in the garage on the left hand side. Those are for management use only, thank you!
Interaction with guests
I do not live in the area, but you can call the management number listed on the refrigerator with any concerns, needs or questions. You may also email me for any minor issues or general questions as well!
Other things to note
No parties. Please respect our neighbors concerning noise levels.
Anything broken or damaged will need to be replaced. PLEASE respect wooden top furniture! Do not leave glasses or cups on downstairs wood furniture without a coaster! Any damage done to wooden tops will be taken out of the security deposit. ( The kitchen counters, dining table & upstairs coffee table are safe to leave items on without coasters because they are protected).
Parking: 2 car garage and driveway that can accommodate 2 cars in addition. please do not use our neighbors parking spaces.
Smoking: This is a non-smoking home. Any evidence of smoking inside the unit, butts dropped on the grounds surrounding the house, the decks, the driveway, inside the garage, etc., you will forfeit your entire deposit.
Keys: $100.00 is charged for lost or missing keys for lock change and re-copying of all keys. Keys must be left inside lockbox upon departure otherwise we will be required to change the locks and any associated charges will be deducted from the security deposit on hand.
ICE AND SNOW INJURY WAIVER: Guests must use extreme caution during times of ice and snow to avoid slipping or falling on slick surfaces and injuries resulting from snow and ice falling from roofs, trees, or other objects.
Telephone: There is no telephone service at the property.
Tenant Responsibility: It is tenant's responsibility to notify management of ANY housekeeping or maintenance problems upon arrival at the unit. Damage and/or housekeeping issues reported after departure will not be acceptable as exemption from damage discovered upon the walk through inspection of the unit nor considered grounds for any compensation or refunds. If we are not aware of any problems we cannot address them and/or attempt to resolve the issue(s). We reserve the right to have first right of correction of any problems, housekeeping, maintenance or otherwise. There will be no refunds or compensation for housekeeping or maintenance problems. Any items not working prior to tenant arrival, tenant will be promptly notified of such items as soon as they become apparent.
Cleaning: A cleaning fee is charged on each reservation. Guests are required to tidy-up and leave the unit in the neat and orderly manner as they were given it. If there is evidence of extra cleaning required due to occupancy not authorized, excessive messiness, check out procedures not followed, etc., you will be charged for the additional cleaning and/or damages. Routine cleaning after a guest departs includes kitchen and bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, linen change, restocking of paper products and trash bags and washing of all linens. Any excess cleaning which needs to be done will be performed at an additional charge at the tenant's expense.
PLEASE READ AND ADHERE TO THE CHECK OUT PROCEDURES POSTED IN THE HOME. ANY ADDITIONAL REQUIRED CLEANING WILL BE CHARGED AT A RATE OF $25/HOUR PER CLEANING PERSON.
Maximum Occupancy/Code Violations/Unauthorized Events: Rules will be strictly enforced. If the allowed number of occupants for the unit is exceeded or proposed occupancy provided by tenant is exceeded, tenant will be liable for additional rent and cleaning which will be taken from their security deposit or they may be asked to vacate the unit. If we receive notification from authorities of law enforcement, fire or other emergency personnel called to the house for disturbances other than any situations not medically related, you will forfeit your entire deposit plus incur any fees associated with any fines being leveled against property owners. Unauthorized events which include but are not limited to weddings, wedding receptions, bachelor or bachelorette parties, etc., will result in eviction from the home as well as total forfeiture of any paid rental fees and security deposit. No exceptions! ALL large events must have prior written approval from the owners. Thank you!

Cancel up to 5 days before your trip and get a full refund. Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
