This home is a Tri-plex. There are 3 connected condos with a large back yard for shared space and entertaining. Each unit has private entry, fully equipped kitchen, large bathrooms, and private living space. 4 Parking spots & less than 10 min from major San Diego Attractions! Walk to grocery, coffee, dining and neighborhood bars!
There is a large driveway big enough for 4 cars and there is plenty of street parking. There is also a huge back yard with large teak patio table and bbq. The front of the house has a large porch as well.

We live in the neighborhood, so we are always happy to help should you need anything during your stay. Otherwise, make yourself at home!
This is a None smoking home.
Quite hours strictly enforced between 10pm & 8am
Please no shoes in the homes.
ALL guests must be disclosed
Please always turn OFF heat and A/C and lights when you're not home
Please clean dishes and remove trash upon departure
No moving furniture from its original place.
No climbing on the roof.
No party's or events allowed
No taking bath towels to the beach
If you could inform the others in your group of house rules it will avoid any interruptions during your stay.
1. This is a non-smoking property, This includes marijuana or e cigarettes. if you must do so please do so within 20 feet of the home. The back yard or sidewalk area in front of the home are both good places. Please properly dispose of any buts in the garbage before your departure. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture in part or in full of your security deposit depending on the offense.
2. Although we encourage you all to enjoy the home and each others company, please do so at a respectable noise level. Although we are close to many bars and restaurants, Our home is actually located in a residential neighborhood. Excessive noise, loud music and partying will not be tolerated. Quite hours are between 10pm & 8am. Noise violations will result in forfeiture in part, or in full of your security deposit depending on the offense. More than one complaint, will result in immediate eviction without refund.
3. Any additional guests not disclosed prior to your trip are not permitted on the property. If another guest will be joining you last minute, please just let me know. violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
4. If something gets broken during your stay, you must report to me before departure.
