I'm grateful for your feedback, but none of my action were because of your age or because you were African American. I treat all my guest equal and with respect. I totally felt horrible about the inconvenience, but as you get older you will discover that you can't control things that happen. The guest in the house before you checked in at 85 Hammock Place had spilled something on the couch and chair and I couldn't get a person out to clean the couch in a 3hour notice, so I put covers on the couch, so the stains wouldn't be visible. I had a nice leather couch in the house and a airbnb guest stained a $2,000.00 couch, so I put in a fabric couch and they stained that as well. People think as and airbnb like a hotel, but it's actually someone house, so when they break or stain a couch it totally ruins everything for the owner and other guest. My contractor said the house would be ready, but last minute couldn't get the things completed. I had to think quick to move you to the other house and make sure you had a place to stay or cancel your reservation, so I made a judgment call not ruin your reservation. I found out last minute that the townhouse would not be ready as well. I was overwhelmed with trying to handle the townhouse not being completed upon your arrival, but it wasn't because you were African American or I treat people different. I'm African American as well. In my heart I tried to do the right thing.
