If you're looking for a relaxing stay in a tidy space with quick access to the most vibrant areas of Manhattan and Brooklyn, this is the place for you. It's a 5 min walk to LES, 15 min walk to Soho and 10 min walk to B,D, J, F trains for access to more neighborhoods. I am also close to the waterfront for great photo opps, jogging or safe bike riding via Citibike!
The apartment is located on the top floor (via elevator access) of a building located in Chinatown / LES. Since it is located in the back of the building, the rooms are quiet at night. It's a shared two bedroom apartment with kitchen and bath.
Guests have access to one bedroom (perfect for a solo traveler or a pair). Additionally there is a fully equipped, shared kitchen / living space and shared bathroom.
Interaction with guests
I work irregular hours and travel often. I will come and go from the apartment. I may cook quick meals and share the bathroom. Otherwise, I let guests enjoy the space to themselves. If you wish, I am more than happy to provide any tips or suggestions for your stay in NYC!
Other things to note
I provide a hair dryer, iron and steamer! There is also space for you in the refrigerator for beers, leftovers, etc. If you would like to arrange luggage pick up or drop off separate from check in / check out, please feel free to ask. It's typically not a problem. I know from experience that this can be a headache during travel, so I'm happy to accommodate!
- Quiet hours after 10pm on weekdays.
- Generally respectful on weekends, quiet after midnight (unless we're all out and about!)
- No parties or additional guests.
- Smoking on balcony or roof only, please.
- Clean up after yourselves in kitchen and bathroom.
- Please be respectful of me and my belongings (including my food items in the kitchen--I'll designate a space for guests to store their own food).
