We are within minutes of Highway 400 near the Northpoint Mall and surrounded by many eateries and shops. The Avalon complex and Microsoft Tech Building are only one exit or less than 3 miles north off the highway.
The room is fairly large with plenty of space to maneuver. It comes with a large full private bathroom, a walk-in closet and a large window with a magnificent view. The suite is suitable for business travelers who need a quiete and cozy corner.
Guest will have access to laundry facility, living-room, dining area, kitchen, deck, swimming pool and gym.
Interaction with guests
I give my guests space but I am available when needed. Please do not hesitate to ask.
Other things to note
The entire apartment has central heat and air conditioning. We will provide blanket, bedding, pillows and towels, however you are free to bring yours if you prefer.
No smoking, no drugs of any kinds, no visitors, no weapons, no loud music, no shoes on carpets, shoes must be taken off at the door, no litters.
