Franck's place is a great place to stay in Paris, and Franck is a great host. Excellent location, fine amenities in the apartment, and you can count on Franck to fix any problems. A Five-Star stay.

Perfect location in Marais, close to Metro, tiny lift perfect for getting suitcases upstairs. Very spacious for 2 people, fitted out with everything for great stay, from washing machine to umbrellas. Could use a few very minor repairs - shower door and drain, but we would definitely stay here again. Thanks Franck for a wonderul stay.

The flat is in the best location of Le Marais, in a nice building and with a great space. Franck was responsive at all times, and everything was easy. Unfortunately, we had some issues with the cleanliness of the bed. The good thing is that Franck responded to the highest standards of customer service.

This is a great location -- close to two métro stops (St. Paul and Pont Marie) and a convenient/short ride to big métro hubs. There's enough street activity to be interesting, but not so much so that it's annoying either for open windows or walking around yourself. The "hot spots" of the Marais are a short saunter to the west, but for me, this was the perfect location. There are a number of jardins (park areas) around, all beautiful places to hang out. The Place des Voges is not far, nor are the Picasso museum and the Carnivalet. Again, I simply loved the location. There are a couple grocery stores in an easy walk (who deliver if you spend EUR50). Don't omit "À deux pas" which had some nice things others didn't. I didn't keep much food in the house since I could so easily stop at a grocery any day -- very European! There is also a fancy-chocolate store literally nextdoor, and another across the street, as well as other sorts of shopping. BHV (department store) and Monoprix (like a baby Target store) are less than 5 minutes walk as well. The kitchen is REALLY small (typical of these apartments) but totally functional. There isn't a dishwasher, but since I was by myself that was reasonable. If you're tired of walking or don't want to cook, (URL HIDDEN) and (URL HIDDEN) have maybe a hundred options for restaurant delivery. The "living room" is a big space, with a giant couch and a cool chaise-chair (see pictures). It's a little sparse, but decorated nicely enough that it doesn't feel like a hotel. For in-home entertainment, there's a big flat screen and cable. I added a converter so you can plug in HDMI if you want to stream from PC or something else to the wall. There are two giant French/Haussmanian windows you can open for air or for neighborhood-noise ambience. The WC (toilet room) is separate from the sink/shower room, which is a little odd but makes sense (if I were remodeling an older building, I'd make the same choice). Basically, I loved living there. I spent 6 weeks just experiencing Paris "comme une Parisienne" and it was such an amazing experience. Oh - and Franck is very nice and helpful as a host.

Great apartment on perfect location. Sunny and quiet but in the middle of everything. Franck was a great host, so easy to communicate with. He was really friendly and helpful. Thank you once again for having us.

Location is perfect!! Close to grocery store, restaurants, pharmacy, cafes and nightlife. After getting in later that expected Franck was still there waiting for us to check in. He responds fast with any inquiries. The apartment itself is very clean and had everything we needed. Thank you Franck for everything. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Franck's place is a great choice for a stay in Paris. Excellent location, excellent accommodations, and an excellent host. I should know -- I've stayed there twice for a total of two months, and if it's possible, I'll be back Chez Franck.
