Our humble unit has been renovated with minimalist yet elegant design. This is in accordance to owners' idea and taste. There is a positive and good vibrance around it. Along with carefully selected furnitures and appliances, we really hope it will provide comfortable and peaceful stay for our tenants.
Gym and Game Room is available for tenant's use only.
Swimming pool is not yet available as it is still under construction.

note: If the data limit has been reached, the guest needs to top up on their own if necessary.
* For one month stay:
- mandatory house cleaning at least once (preferably after 2 weeks.) Cleaning service will be provided by the owner at P500 to be paid directly by the tenant.
- replacement of bedsheet will be every 2 weeks (1 extra bed sheet will be provided).
- used towels and bedsheets/pillowcases will be collected during the scheduled cleaning service.
* Tenant to maintain cleanliness and ready-to-rent condition for the duration of the stay until check-out.
*Light cooking is allowed. Please don't cook (grill/fry) foods with pungent smell.
* The unit is strictly only for maximum of 2 guests occupancy. Sorry no kids are allowed.
* Owner will not be responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness while staying on the unit or using its facilities.
* Owner will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items owned by the tenant.
* Please ensure that furnishings and appliances are used properly and with care. Kindly report immediately any issues with the functionality of the devices. If after investigation and confirmed by Airbnb, the cost incurred for the damage of the unit, broken and/or missing appliances/furniture will be paid by the tenant.
* Tenant to provide ID with picture and contact number to the owner.
* Owner will provide to the building management the tenant's full name with the duration of the tenancy. Upon arrival, building admin/security and owner's representative will have to verify the tenants identification.
* Please observe timely check-in and check-out. Early/late check-in and check-out are subject for approval.
* Strictly no animals or pets are allowed in the unit.
* We request the tenant to conserve electricity and water. If not in use, please turn it off. This will make mother earth happy! :)
