This multilevel level townhouse is located in the award winning Beaumont Quarter and has a sunny open plan kitchen & living area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a car park conveniently located just outside your door. You’ll benefit from the top class facilities, Victoria Park across the road and the convenience of the supermarket less than 5 minutes away.

The space

Here are 3 things people love about our Architecturally Designed Townhouse:

1 - The location is simply outstanding. Beaumont Quarter is located little more than a stone's throw away from the hustle and the bustle of the city, yet tucked away in the best fringe location Auckland has to offer. We are isolated from the noise of the central city, however it's just a short 5-15 minute walk to Wynyard Quarter, Ponsonby and much of the CBD. Our guests frequently comment on how quiet Beaumont Quarter is given its central location.

2 - This multilevel townhouse has a rooftop deck offers expansive views of the Auckland city skyline. The townhouse has been recently renovated and furnished to a very high standard with new modern contemporary furniture. High ceilings and an abundance of natural light through the east-facing floor-to-ceiling ranch sliders make this a light and airy, spacious townhouse.

3 - Guests frequently leave reviews about how comfortable the Sleepmaker Posture Align beds are when combined with the 600 thread count sheets and the wool all-seasons duvet. Lisa from Mangawhai said "The beds were fantastic. Just bliss when you put your head on the pillow and snuggled in those luxurious linens. I have to say this because so often in NZ those that rent private accommodation do not make this a priority." The bed in the master bedroom is super king size, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. We can also split super king bed into two long single beds (203cm long x 91cm wide) which can provide an option for good friends or children.

Here are 3 things to consider before renting our Architecturally Designed Townhouse:

1 - The townhouse is in a residential area and close-knit community, so no parties are permitted in the townhouse at all times during your stay. This applies to all residents, so ensures you will have a peaceful and quiet stay yourself.

2 - The townhouse is located in a central city neighbourhood, so you will be surrounded by buildings and other residents. That’s not a downside, since the neighbours are generally a very considerate group of people, but you will be aware of their presence on occasion. Most people actually love it, since you will have a chance to meet locals and quickly strike up a conversation. Live like a local amongst locals and you will love your stay. There is some noise from a nearby entrance to a parking building, however the bedroom windows are double glazed, and we provide complimentary 3M E-A-R Classic ear plugs for light sleepers (Noise Reduction Rating of 29 dB).

3 - Living in a close-knit community requires some basic rules to make things easier. We ask that you abide by these rules and that you are a considerate neighbour. By all means, live and enjoy yourself, just be mindful of noise and loud music both inside and out and you’ll have a fabulous time.


With the help of an interior designer, we have furnished this townhouse to a luxurious standard that we hope you will appreciate.


Our fully equipped kitchen includes chef-quality stainless steel gourmet cookware, a cast iron frying pan, and good quality knives. We've supplied a Nespresso machine and milk frother for coffee aficionados, and a classic teapot so you can brew the perfect cup of tea.


Sit back and relax in style on the comfortable leather sofa while watching Netflix on the 4K Smart TV or listening to some music on the stereo system (Bluetooth, cd player or radio). The wifi is connected to an unlimited high-speed 100 Mbps fibre internet connection.


Both bedrooms are roughly the same size. The master bedroom is slightly larger and has a super king size bed (that can be split into two long singles on request), the slightly smaller bedroom has a queen size bed. All beds come with wool all-seasons duvets, 600 thread count sheets and a selection of soft, medium, hard and feather pillows. The large closets have built in closet organisers and are stocked with clothes hangers.


Portacot (additional $5/day). We can provide Jolly Jumper Roma 2-in-1 portacots that have both bassinet and cot level. This model has passed safety tests and is recommended by Consumer NZ. We'll also provide cots sheets and blankets.

Guest access

Access to the recreation centre including gym, pool, spa and sauna is from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Quiet time after 10 pm.

To reduce the amount of chemicals used, you must use the shower located within the recreation centre before using the swimming pool or spa. This is enforced using CCTV and will result in a $50 fine if violated. Please follow the other rules detailed on the recreation centre door.

Visitor parking is only for 3 hours and this is enforced with clamping/towing 24/7. If you need to stay longer, there is pay parking out on Beaumont St, which becomes free parking after 6 pm. If you need an car park let us know and we can try to sort out an extra car park for you. If you are staying overnight, Beaumont Quarter considers you a resident and may only use the visitor parking for 10 minutes for pick ups / drop offs. We want to make sure your group have a good experience, and getting clamped/towed and then getting pinged $200 would probably ruin your day.

For long-stay booking requests 27 nights or longer, we require that guests sign a standard "New Zealand Residential Tenancy Agreement". This gives you the same protections as other tenants in New Zealand, and helps keep our insurance company and accountant happy. After you have booked, we'll send you a link to a document that you can electronically sign.

Fantastic hosts and awesome location - in walking distance of great eateries and the CBD. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Will definatley check availability again when we are next in Auckland.

Brendan, Brendan...When i have nowhere to go, the only airbnb i can think of in my head is Brendan. After few hours horrible time spend in a north shore airbnb, i have no choice but to search for a new place in midnight, straight away i was hoping i can book back with Brendan, luckily he has the place available for us for the exactly time we need, and brendan replied me in less than 5 mins, WHAT A GREAT SERVICE!!!!.. We move out from the nightmare 5 clock in the morning and moved into Brendan's place in the morning. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Brandan and his wife again for saving us from nightmare, if you are looking for a good airbnb in town, this is the place to go . you will not regret.
