Although at first the room wasn't cleaned, Paco was reachable and abled to fix the problem immediately. The apartment has the basic supplies. Floor aren't fully clean, and there are some problems with the shower. But Overall, the place is convenient since it's close to the UCLA campus.

Super location, very convenient for restaurants and UCLA. I enjoyed my stay here, but keep in mind there is no AC. It was a surprise to me but at least the fans provided were strong enough.

I'll start with the positives. It was a great location and you could walk to a lot of things like the grocery store and bars. Unfortunately this place does NOT have AC and we came on a weekend with 90 degree weather and all the host did was ask if the two fans were on. One fan barely blew any air and didn't keep us cool. The place we tidy, but definitely not clean. Some dishes were still dirty and the shower wasn't clean either. The TV is also apple TV, not normal TV as described and you needed your own personal log on to even watch some programs. Honestly this stay would have been fine if it hadnt been for the AC issue. So if this is your first time staying in California make sure your place has AC because not all places do.

No air conditioning - be forewarned. Difficult to park. Got a $58 ticket because Paco told me explicitly that they don't enforce the two hour limit.

The house is a small studio near UCLA. The house was not clean enough, specially the bathroom with a horrible dirty shower curtain that should be replaced months ago. During our stay we contacted the host twice. First to indicate that we would need another set of keys and after because the Internet stopped working in the middle of our stay and we really needed it to work (we selected this house because it was as the "airbnb for business" ones). The host did not reply to our first communications, and eventually he told us he will solve the problem with Internet but he did not. If you want a small place to crash one night near UCLA this is your place. If you expect anything else, better you select another host. I use airbnb often, and this has been my worst experience.

The proximity of this place to UCLA was super convenient. Paco was a great host, he gave great check-in and out directions.
