Welcome to my brand new 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment in the center of Canterbury - super convenient right next to Canterbury train station, only minutes' walk to parks, the Aquatic & Fitness Centre, Canterbury shopping centre and the Canterbury Park Racecourse. Only 15 minutes to the Sydney CBD, this is Sydney lifestyle at its best.

The space

Stylish inner-west living. This is the place you can call home while visiting Sydney. In just 15 minutes you can be in the Sydney CBD, a famous Sydney beach or taking off from Sydney Airport.

My two-bedroom apartment is in a brand new development that has all the modern amenities you’d expect from a hotel, but in your very own entire apartment. Everything is close by - the Canterbury Train Station is just 3 minutes walk away, where you’ll also find a huge Woolworths supermarket and other specialty shops in the Canterbury Shopping Centre.

My apartment building has been designed to blend with the residential character of the surrounding area and features the perfect mix of convenience and contemporary style.

The contemporary interiors are filled with natural light, my apartment is warm and welcoming and features flexible living spaces - perfect for every travelling family’s needs. The outdoor courtyard is ideal for entertaining family and friends. My apartment features quality fittings and superior detail. The gourmet kitchen features granite benchtops, gas cook tops, imported stainless steel appliances and quality fittings throughout.

Come home to a breath of fresh air. This brand new apartment offers a seamless selection of free-flowing contemporary living options created for year round indoor-outdoor enjoyment.

Fully accessible by lift, my home features a large open-plan family living area incorporating the kitchen, dining room and lounge. This flows through to a huge courtyard and outdoor alfresco dining.

The living room houses a super-comfy 2.5 person sofa bed and Scandinavian arm chair, great for enjoying family time or kicking back to watch your favourite shows on the 50-inch high-definition television. You will have complete access to my Netflix account through my Apple TV - you may want to stay for a few more nights to finish the season!

A designer Eames dining setting allows you to enjoy meals comfortably, full tableware and glassware is available in the kitchen for six guests. The kitchen features stainless-steel appliances: a Smeg oven, stove-top, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. You’ll also find a microwave oven and family-sized fridge in the kitchen. Start the day right with coffee done right. Help yourself to the Nespresso coffee pods available in the kitchen - Ristretto is my favourite (I love a full-bodied, intense expresso), but I’d love to hear what your favourite is!

My apartment has reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout to keep you cool in summer and warm in winter.

Free unlimited wifi is available all throughout my home.

Both bedrooms feature comfortable double, bedside lamps and built-in wardrobes to store your luggage. High quality 500 thread-count linen is provided for all beds.

Additional guests can get comfy on the queen sized sofa bed in the living room. High thread-count linen and extra pillows can be found in the wardrobe ready to go.

Two bathrooms allow everyone to have their own space. A salon hair dryer can be found under the sink.

High quality toiletries, including shampoo and conditioner, are provided complimentarily.

There is a separate laundry off the entrance hall which incorporates a large washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.

Outside you can enjoy the peaceful ambience and fresh air in the large courtyard. You can make use of the covered outdoor dining table for alfresco entertaining.

Secure parking is included and located in the basement of the building. Additional street parking for larger trailers and boats is available directly out the front of the apartment building.

The space is perfect for families, groups staying in Sydney for weddings, holidays or reunions. It is not the space to hold events like a ‘Hens’ or ‘Bucks’ weekend.

Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.

Interaction with guests

In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. Often pictures deceive you for space but this wasn't the case. It was exactly as the pictures described - very clean, spacious and modern. Location was superb! Train station is less than a 5 minute walk away (walking slowly), supermarket and medical centre is virtually outside your doorstep and there's a park about 5 minutes also if you have kids who want to run around. This place would suit families or a group of friends and couples. The apartment was very warm (has heating) and everything you need in the kitchen to cook as if you were in your own home. My dad (who has stayed in plenty of hotels in his time) said it was one of the best places he's stayed in. Just as clean as hotels but far more space than you would ever have. Cannot recommend this place enough! We found this to be great value!!!

We had a good time at Callum's apartment. The apartment is large enough for 6 people. It is clean, warm and has good location which is close to supermarket and train station. Also, great coffee...

We had a terrible experience with this booking. The apartment was not cleaned when we checked-in, with used bed linen and wet towels in the bedroom and bathrooms and rubbish in the kitchen. The host Abu was initially very quick to respond to messages but then we couldn't get hold of him and did not know whether to make alternative plans for accommodation for that first night. Very inconvenient with a 4year old at 7pm in the evening! The next morning at 3am we were told to cancel our whole 4-night booking through Airbnb with no other explanation.

The location is abt 25-minute drive to CBD during non-peak hours. It is close to Chinese restaurants in Burwood and Hurstville so it is recommended for Chinese food lovers. Host has quick response to messages but it would be better if we were provided some more quilts and cooking suppliers (e.g. oil and teabags). Generally speaking the house is good.

Callum's place is pretty much exactly as described in the listing! Spacious, open and pretty. It's in a great location - shops down the road, a couple cafes even and transport couldn't be better. Check-in and out was easy. As a host, Callum responded super quickly to all our questions and concerns. Thanks for a great stay!
