The apartment was very big and perfect for two couples as the rooms were on the other side of each other for added privacy. It was clean, the beds were comfy and the water pressure in the shower was great! The location is amazing and we walked everywhere. This is run thru an agency "Wawel Apartments" so we had to check in at an office (it was located on the first floor of the building). So it was like a hotel without the daily housekeeping service. The reason for the missing star was because the wifi didn't work and when we told the front desk about this the first night we checked in they told us they would look into it. the next morning nothing was done and then nothing was done the next afternoon except they offered the explanation of "its wifi: sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't" which was frustrating.

The place is really big and is really well equipped. However, the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived. The dishes were not properly washed and there were bags with trash. The main problem with the apartment is that it is on the fifth floor and there is no elevator, so it is very uncomfortable to carry the bags. Also, it does not belong to a person, but to a company that rents apartments, so the process is less personal.

The apartment was very comfortable for our stay! Spacious, clean and welcoming. Communication was via reception to the apartments, but very good and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment is nearby to all main attractions of Krakow, including restaurants and the main square. You can also park on street for a very good price, or free in evening and weekend. Highly recommend this apartment if you are to stay in Krakow!

Wifi was broken. Wifi at the lobby is slow, very unstable. Basically I was off the grid when staying here. The room is quite dirty and old. Don't trust the photos. There was no carpet for the bathroom. The maid sprayed too much perfume to the room, it was very smelly and unpleasant to stay. The receptionist wasn't be able to help with the wifi issue or the smell issue. The receptionist said she was just a receptionist and not a technician. I would not come here again.

The apartment is super! Everything is clean, modern and the position is perfect because its location is strategic to reach most of the important attractions of Kraków in less than 30 minutes of walking (yes, we love to walk). It is also close to the bus, tram, city centre, Jewish district and shops. Our arrive was well served and the staff also booked the parking for our car which was 5 minutes of walking from the apartment (but there is also a parking right off the door which was expensive but extremely helpful to unload luggage from the car). So if you have a large family and you want to visit Kraków, this is the perfect base for your daily trips to visit the city and Auschwitz!

Nice apartment but very noisy street. A/C not in befrooms and had to close windows because of street noise. This made bedrooms unpleadantly warm. Check in was excellent with full staff on site

It's important to note that this is run by a company, rather than a person. That being said, communicating with them and making alterations to the booking was simple and efficient. In person however, it's a tad different. The staff are quite unhelpful at times. The wifi is shoddy, and practically non existent. The pros are the great location, and the apartment itself. It was bright and spacious, and had the bonus of a surprise AC unit, which was essential during the heat wave that hit in our stay. Would recommend avoiding an apartment on the ground floor, due to smokers and noise. However, being on an upper floor is perfectly fine.

Hello traveler!

I'm native Polish, but I used to live in Amsterdam, in Lisbon, and visited some 30 other countries so far. I've always been working for tourism, which is my passion. Besides that I like cultural events, life music, family-run restaurants, horseback riding, tennis, water sports. While backpacking I stayed in various accommodations, starting from hammock in Thailand, hut in India, ending with 5-star hotels in Italy.

I'm passionate about Krakow, and can provide you with some tips on where to go/eat/party/do sports, etc. off the beaten tourist path.

I'll be happy to host you in private apartments (check my portfolio), all located in different historic buildings of Krakow's old town. I also organize MUST-SEE tours - Auschwitz Birkenau, Wieliczka Salt Mine, and other.
