My boyfriend loved this Airbnb so much. The bed was cozy and so was the apartment. The bathroom was huge and the hot water never ran out which is needed after a long day of wandering. The location was perfect and central to the main attractions with ruins scattered throughout. We were so close to all the monuments but didn't have to deal with all the tourist traffic and noise. I'd say no more than 15-20 minutes walking to the colosseum, many of the churches, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Many bus' are only a couple minutes away, so if you don't love to walk and get lost in the streets like we do, then this is great as well. The host was also great at checking in on us and providing direction. We picked up the key from a restaurant around the corner from the home.
Fulvia's place was great, and my wife and I enjoyed our stay during our honeymoon. The location was the best part about it, being close to many of Rome's attractions and restaurants, and also very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. Pros: -Location, as mentioned. -Windows that closed and basically made the room totally silent to outside noise -Very cozy and comfortable feeling to the room. Small space, and perfect if you just need a room and a bath -Information, maps, and recommendations provided -Discount and wi-fi at the restaurant nearby, which also happened to be delicious Cons: -Bed was actually two mattresses pushed together and not a true king bed. The bed was also incredibly firm and I didn't find it comfortable. This is personal preference, so others might like it just fine. -The shower had very low pressure and it didn't keep consistent temperature, so that made it tougher to enjoy All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay very much. The cons weren't enough to deter me from recommending it. The location is perfect, and Fulvia was very kind and responsive to all communication. Thanks!
Fulvia's place was incredible. There was a bit of confusion at check in but it all worked out. When we opened the door, you're met with a hobbit-like spiral stair case that took you to the one bedroom apartment. It will be one of the most unique spaces you'll ever stay in (and I mean that in the best possible way of unique). The room was clean. Had a giant bathroom with a nice shower. The restaurant next to the home was delicious and everyone was super hospitable. Loved our stay here. The only downside: no wifi (the restaurant next door has wifi though so you can easily access it during dinner or lunch).
My name is Fulvia, married, 2 kids. Fan of travels, theatre, arts in general. Special passion for interior home design. I like to meet and host travelling people.
