The space

Welcome to my home! This is a homely apartment without the boring hotel looks (and without the insane price tag!)

My goal is to provide a space for all my guests to appreciate and enjoy the true Kuala Lumpur lifestyle all at a comfort of a home.

The apartment is 1200 square feet or 110 square meters - or 4x the size of a regular hotel room! It comes with 3 very large rooms for privacy and comfort, a complete kitchen for simple cooking, homely living area, and most of all, an amazing balcony for chilling out!

Q: Where is this place? Is this place located in the City Center? How far is it to the twin towers?
A: This place smacks right in the middle of the city center. Kuala Lumpur is around 10km radius so every where is within 10 to 15 minutes drive with regular traffic. Twin Towers is 8 minutes away by taxi.

Q: Is it easy to move around?
A: Please read 'Getting Around' in the section below. But in short, yes, there are 2 lines of trains & the Taxi Booth is just at the lobby. The fare is a standard metered fare.

Q: How do I get the keys from you?
A: Since your arrival time might fluctuate, I will leave the keys in a secure place for you to pick it up. More details will be forwarded to you after booking.

Q: I have an early flight in or an late flight out, can I store my luggage at your place?
A: Short answer is, we don't store luggage as there are usually guest before or after you. However, if you want to store your luggage for a couple hours, KL Sentral Station has that service for a small fee. Please contact us for more alternative.

Q: Is there a washing machine?
A: There will not be washing machine in the unit. However, there is a laundry service at level 4 for a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend using the laundry service as it will leave you with more time to explore KL.

Q: How do I get to the place from the Airport?
A: If you are travelling by flight, you probably will arrive at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). From here, I highly recommend taking the Taxi straight to the apartment. The cost will be around RM120-RM150 ringgit (approx. USD20). Total travel time will be around 45-60 minutes (yes I know, Malaysia has the furthest airport-to-city distance!) Just tell the taxi driver "Regalia Residence, Jalan Kuching" and most of them will know where it is located.

Q: How about food? We know that Malaysia has great food. Where can I get those?
A: I'm glad you asked. Food is everywhere in Malaysia. Just 5 minutes walk away is a huge shopping mall with great local food outlets. Trust me, they are pretty good. If you need more food tips (besides those you got from the internet), let me know!

Q: I'm driving! Where do I park?
A: If you are driving, car-parks are abundant along the building (with 24 hours security). Do not park at non designated parking. Parking rate is 7 ringgit per entry - I do suggest parking your car and take UBER around the city.

Q: Payments?
A: Only through Airbnb. Airbnb do charge a small fees but it keeps both you and me clear from any money issues. The last thing we want is money issues.

No Smoking in the Apartment -
For smoking, please use the balcony in the apartment and ensure that the balcony door is closed tight. The rooftop swimming pool area is a good place to take a smoke break too.

Electricity -
Please switch off all Air-Condition and Water Heater when not in use. This is also to avoid overheating of devices especially the water heater.

Dishes -
Please wash all dishes after use.

Alcohol & Food -
Do not spill alcohol or drop food chunks. If you do, please remember to clean it up.

Party -
Yes, you can hired the place for gathering or small party. But please be mindful of music, alcohol, cigarette and food. Appreciate if you can keep the apartment as it is.

We had a great stay in Chun's place. Chun is very easy to communicate with, the flat itself is modern and clean, and there's an amazing rooftop pool. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The place is so convenient. There is no washing machine inside but we are okay with that. The host is very nice.

First off, Chun Ynh and Duo-Ren replied really fast which was great and they were very helpful and allowed us to have our get together within certain boundaries. The place was beautiful and clean. The bathroom smelt lovely upon arrival. The self checking in and out was a breeze! However, the hall does appear slightly smaller in real life than what is in the image, but nothing too significant. Parking was a bit confusing but the security guards helped quite a bit, if you can understand what they are saying haha. Overall, nothing much to complain. The place is lovely and reasonable. Hats off to the owners, would definitely come back again.
