This coach house is two years young. We receive so many compliments on how beautiful and unique it is. This space if perfect for a family of four, 2 sets of friends or 4 friends.

You can access the coach house from the lane or through the deck at the back. There are two private entrances.
Guests have their own laundry and storage and you can even bring your bikes!
Interaction with guests
The interaction with guests is as much as they want. Most of the time we see them at check-in and check-out. We live in the main house on the property so we are available for tourist questions.
We live in a very quiet family friendly neighbourhood so please be respectful of our neighbours at all times.
- Quiet hours from 10pm-9am
- Please do not wear shoes in the house
- No pets are allowed in the house at anytime
- Please take care of all of our belongings so that all of our Guests can enjoy them.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the property.
Please ensure that the BBQ is properly turned OFF after use.
Only people listed on the "guest party" are allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
Treat the property as though it was your own and keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
Please keep your vehicles inside the property and not on the street.
There is no daily housekeeping service. Linens and bath towels are included in the unit. Please bring beach towels, for use outside of the house.
Garbage and recycling will be explained to you upon arrival.
This is a family neighbourhood and we encourage family gatherings and BBQs. However, loud parties with aggressive behaviour or excessive drinking are not allowed. Please respect our neighbours peace. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
We expect regular wear and tear on the property. If you break or damage something please let the Homeowner know so that the Homeowner can arrange for its replacement or repair. The cost of replacement or repair may be charged to you at the sole discretion of the Homeowner.
Please respect our neighbours' property and please stay on the roads or public trails when hiking (no crossing our neighbours properties).
Do not approach or feed any wild animals including birds. Animals of any size are potentially dangerous. Do not allow small children to be outdoors without adult supervision.
