Best of all, you can be surfing or at the board walk and be at the house to enjoy a relaxing evening or keep swimming on your private pool.
I have 2.5 acres of beautiful hillside with the most incredible views of the beach..... only 5 minutes away from the best beaches in Santa Cruz.
We are also 2 minutes away from Pasatiempo golf course and Henry Cowell Redwood parks next to the Garden of Eve with its beautiful swimming hole and fantastic hikes! Or mountain bike ride or BOTH ;)

1. This is a NON SMOKING unit –NO PARTY unit-- Unless is a permitted EVENT agree with the owner prior to booking. Events are charge additionally.
2. Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any conditions.
3. We will not rent to vacationing students OR minors
4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A $400 damage deposit is required. A credit and ID must follow this reservation. Your credit card will not be charge provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
d. All keys are to be return to owner at the end of the term – please leave keys in the lock box where you found them. Missing keys will be charge at $75 per key.
e. Hot tub must be keep clean of sand and debri. Please cover spa when is not in use. If sand is on tub or water is dirty and owners needs to empty tub, renter will be charge a $200 fee
f. No linens are lost or damaged or stain with wine or makeup.
g. NO Early check-in or late check-out --- unless arrange
h. Parking available for up to 5 cars
5. The house is equipped with internet access and TV
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Each property will accommodate a specific number of guests. Take note of the maximum number of guests allowed in the property before making your reservation. The number of guests allowed is also noted on your contract. The occupancy policy is strictly enforced. Any infractions will result in immediate eviction without refund.
IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE, IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN THE ALLOWED GUEST, OR PARTIES IN THIS UNIT YOU WILL HAVE A $400 DEDUCTION FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOW IN THIS UNIT UNLESS APPROVED BY OWNER.
IMPORTANT ---This unit is located in a residential area and weddings, receptions, parties, or large (over 6 people) gatherings are allowed BUT MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. ANY complaints from neighbors regarding excessive noise or other nuisances pass the quiet hours may be cause for immediate eviction and forfeit of entire rental amount and deposit. If police shows to stop noise-party there will be a $2000.00 fee charge to your credit card.
ADDITIONAL GUEST- The maximum number of guests on my house is limited to six (6) people.
After the first 4 guests any additional guest pays $50 per night.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A TWO (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY.
INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate.
RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice unless your reservation is fully book.
LOCK-OUT ASSISTANCE: A $150.00 charge will be assessed for lock-out assistance after hours. If an agent is not available for after business hour calls a locksmith may be required. The guest will be responsible for the setup and cost of this.
UNCONTROLLABLE CIRCUMSTANCES: 2 M&Ns does not assume liability for any inconveniences due to any defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, electricity, internet, cable, or plumbing. We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control which includes, but not limited to, construction, public or private functions, events, neighbors, wildfire or smoke, weather conditions, road closures, appliance failure, natural disasters, acts of God, natural fauna inside or outside of property. No rental reductions or adjustments will be given. We strongly urge guest to purchase Travel Insurance which may cover certain losses.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
Your money is refundable in full if you cancel your reservation within 16 weeks prior to your arrival.
However I will work with you to re rent the unit to help you avoid any charges.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
For the monthly rentals we require our cleaning company cleans your unit twice per month. Their fee is $350 each time they came to clean the unit. You can make this payment as you go once you are here.
INDEMNIFICATION: The undersigned agrees that Magalli and Jason Yoho shall not be liable to guests or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person on or about the rental premises unless is negligence. Renter will hold Magalli Yoho harmless and indemnified from and against all loss or damage occasioned by use, misuses or abuse of any part of or fixture on the premises, surrounding areas and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of the Renter, her guests or invitees.
ATTORNEY’S FEES: This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. California will have personal jurisdiction over the parties and the county in which the Premises is located will be the form for any legal action brought concerning this Agreement
